Why Vote For Me

Why I’m Running

As a career litigator who has always lived and served in Michigan’s 50th district, I’ve been fighting for our community my entire life.  Whether I am representing a child who had her Trump pin forcibly removed at school, a veteran returning home from defending our country, a victim of domestic violence, or someone who deserved a second chance at life, I never let up or give in.  Now, I want to go to the State house to fight for you. Our Constitutional rights are under attack by the radical left.  Instead, I will always put America First, stand up for your Second Amendment rights, support border security, and fight for common sense solutions to our most obvious challenges, such as infrastructure and healthcare.  I am asking for your vote so I can take the fight directly to the radical left and stand up for the values that make our country so great.

Workers First

Kristina wants to make sure that Livingston County is safe and secure. Many individuals state that the border control is a federal issue, but that is not the case; this is a state and local issue. In our Constitution, the framers granted the States to allow greater protections to their individuals and since Biden will not provide protection to Michigan and Governor Whitmer will not provide protection by her promotions of illegal immigrants to be housed and to allow 8 million dollars for legal counsel; Kristina wants to introduce legislation that provides safeguards for our families here in Michigan. We will be placing the illegal immigrants on planes and shipping them back.

Kristina wants to work to make sure that our children are getting back to the basics which means our children will not be ranked 48th in the Nation’s ranking. All children are important and each child learns differently and we need to begin to focus on the children’s needs instead of politics.

These past three years, Kristina has listened to many individuals in the State of Michigan and the continued trend is “I cannot afford to feed my children, I cannot afford to purchase a vehicle, cannot afford to purchase a home”, and Kristina believes that the 50th district and Michigan citizens comes first. Instead of raising more taxes, and spending money on illegal immigration, we need to focus on our Children, Veterans, Schools and Families of the 50th district.

The past decade, Kristina has noticed on what has been happening to individuals who have mental health issues. Too often, the government dismisses mental health. Mental health is serious and we need to begin supporting this by iniatives that will help focus on improving the mental health facilities and making sure that we are placing this issue as a top priority. Kristina is willing to work with all mental health facilities and experts in this field to provide the proper care that is necessary. Why? Because Kristina cares about mental health.

Kristina is pro-life and wants to make sure that we promote adoptions in Michigan. Too often, Michigan children are forgotten and we give incentives to individuals who adopt children from other countries. We also need to support programs that will assist teenagers who are attending college and get them help from non-profits while attending college.

Kristina has grown up with guns, her father was a gun dealer years ago and has taught the responsibility of being a gun owner. Kristina is the only candidate that has been able to receive confiscated guns to legal law abiding citizens. Moreover, Kristina is the only candidate that testified at the Senate hearings against Red Flag Laws. Kristina has a proven track record of fighting for the rights of Michigan citizens to legally have their Second Amendment Rights.

Kristina has always been one to fight bullies and to help victims of domestic violence. Although, there are laws to criminalize domestic violence; there needs to be more to help the victims so they are not a victim again. Kristina will be working with non-profits and legislatures to help women and men to not be a victim anymore just as she has always done in her practice with family law.

As a business owner, Kristina will fight to have more small businesses open and allow competition in Michigan. Kristina believes that small business is the heart of Michigan and she will work hand and hand with Chamber of Commerce.

As a past Trustee for Village of Pinckney, Kristina believes in local government and believes that local government knows the people in their local areas better than the State.

Kristina made sure that her business focuses on the Veterans and has helped several Veterans who have suffered from PTSD or legal challenges throughout the years. This is a service she has provided for years to Veterans because Kristina wanted to give back to her community and because of these Veterans, she was able to attend law school and open a business and enjoys the freedoms these Veterans have fought for throughout the years, Kristina is thankful to all Veterans, their spouses and their children.
